Hi guys! I wanted to stop in today to share a fun little Valentine’s Day related post with you. If you’ve been following me for a while, I used to be very into Project Life, and shared all of my weekly layouts on the blog as I made them. About halfway into 2015 I completely fell off the memory keeping wagon, and I just have not found the motivation to jump back in yet.
However, I had been left with one insert started and not finished. I had printed out all the pictures, and even collected a bunch of embellishments I wanted to use with the layout, I just never put it together. So all the supplies just sat out on my table in my craft closet, completely cluttering up the space.
This unfinished layout was my Valentine’s Day insert from last year, and I did really want to record this memory. It was a particularly special Valentine’s Day for me, because Melissa surprised me with a trip to our local jewelry store to go engagement ring shopping! This was the first step we took on the road to our engagement, and I felt it deserved to be recorded and remembered.
So for all of those reasons, I finally got my booty in gear one evening and just decided to tackle it and finally check it off my to-do list! This was sometime towards the end of last year, but I again procrastinated and once I finished the layout I never got around to sharing it on the blog. Long story short(ish), it’s almost Valentine’s Day and I thought it would be the perfect time to finally share this Project Life insert with you guys!
I decided not to include the links in this post to the products I used in this insert. Mostly because since I haven’t been crafting as much, I sort of forget where a bunch of it is from. But if you see something you’re interested in and would like to know where it is from, leave me a comment and I’d be more than happy to get you that information if I have it!
I hope you enjoyed getting a peak at another of my Project Life spreads, especially because it has been so long! I am going to try again sometime soon to get back into some sort of crafting and memory keeping, because I really do miss it. Let me know if that would be something you’d like to see shared on the blog again!
Happy Valentine’s Day!
