Hi all! Recently I have been having so much fun decorating my planner inserts. For the longest time, I didn’t use any decoration in my planner. I used color coded markers, which was the extent of the ‘fun’ going on in my planner pages. Since I rely on my planners to organize my days and my to do lists, I didn’t want unnecessary decoration to distract or take up needed space.
With the discovery of planner stamps however, I have really started opening up to decorating my planner inserts, and have been having so much fun doing so! And most importantly, I discovered that decorating your planner really doesn’t have to take away from it’s functionality. In fact, I feel that most of my decorations actually enhance my organization in my planners.
I wanted to share with you how I’ve been decorating my weekly inserts recently, while still being able to maintain their functionality for organizing my tasks and time. I also have a fun little announcement to make with these inserts. Over the last couple of weeks, I have been hard at work preparing for the launch of a new product to the Merrit Elizabeth Shop.
In these pages, you’ll see the very first proto-type of the brand new line of planner stickers I’ve been working on! I am so excited to finally officially spill the beans, and tell you about this awesome project I’ve been hard at work on. For those of you who have been around Label Me Merrit for a bit, you’ll remember that one of my 15 in 2015 goals was to add more products to the Merrit Elizabeth Shop, and I am so excited to be checking that one off!
These stickers are still in the development stage, but I am aiming to launch the first sets of planner stickers on April 1st (mark your planners!!). Take a peak below and let me know what you think!! You’ll also be able to find links and sources for all the accessories I used for this layout at the end of this post.
Note: This post contains affiliate links. If you purchase one of the products I recommend using these links, I will make a teeny, tiny commission at no extra cost to you. Your support helps keep Label Me Merrit running 🙂
