Happy Monday guys! I have super cute project to share with you all today, to hopefully start this week of love off with a stylish bang!
I have always been a huge fan of Valentine’s Day. Whether you’re in a loving relationship or living up the single life, I’ve always seen Valentine’s Day as a day of love. Whether that be romantic love, friendship love or familial love, Valentine’s Day is the one day a year devoted to expressing that love, and showing others how much you care.
In preparation for the most loviest and doviest of holidays, I set up a sweet and romantic bar cart to set the mood throughout the week.

While I will be enjoying this Valentine’s Day bar cart with Melissa, I can’t help but think it would just be perfect for a single girls’ Valentine’s Day party. Can’t you just imagine gathering all your girlfriends together to sip champagne, indulge in some fancy chocolates and watch a bunch of sappy romantic movies?
I am just dying over the pops of pink mixed with the beautiful gold in this setup. I don’t get many opportunities to decorate with pink anymore (since we decided it was time to dismantle the Pepto-bedroom) so I wasn’t going to let Valentine’s Day slip by without a little feminine decor!
I think the framed prints may be my favorite part. I thought the print about ‘walking a straight line’ was very appropriate for a bar cart ;). I also loved that the gold text and pink water color detail fit right into my color scheme. You can download this print for yourself here.
Overall I’m loving the clean and simple, yet feminine and elegant vibe of this Valentine’s Day bar cart.
I also included some gold paper straws, decoratively displayed in a mini decanter. I’m imagining sipping pink champagne out of fancy crystal glasses with these gold pretties! Or just skip actually using the straw, and have it be more of a decorative garnish.
And a Valentine’s Day bar cart wouldn’t be complete without a pretty pink present, because we all know the best things come in the smallest packages!
On the bottom of the cart I included a few extra essentials for a good Valentine’s Day soiree! Some beer glasses for those who prefer beer, and etched tumblers for some girly mixed drinks. I also included another framed print to fancy things up down here, this one from Studio Calico.
The white box under the vase holds a bunch of bar cart necessities, such as a bottle opener, wine re-corker and wine glass charms. If you’re throwing a party, I’d also include a set of wine glass markers, so you and your girlfriends can draw cute heartsy designs all over your wine glasses! Great party activity, and great way to keep your glasses from getting mixed up when the champagne starts to kick in ;).
I am just so in love with this elegant feminine Valentine’s Day bar cart! It has totally set the mood around here, and I am ready to show my love this Saturday! It may even have to stay set up for a few days after the holiday ;).
What do you girls have planned for Valentine’s Day? A date with your own Valentine, or a fun night with the girls? I still don’t know what my plans are, Melissa won’t tell me the details!
If you liked this Valentine’s Day bar cart, don’t forget to pin it to share with your friends!!
